Verify the platen, not just the display
Check actual platen performance with an infrared thermometer or heat test strips. Measure the center and every corner after the press has stabilized. A center reading alone can miss a cool edge that causes lettering or fine details near one side of a large transfer to lift.
Use the infrared thermometer consistently because shiny bare metal can produce misleading readings. Aim at the same matte test surface each time, or use heat test strips when readings fluctuate. Repeat the check periodically and whenever failures begin appearing in the same platen location.
How to press a DTFGO transfer

Garment fibers show through the design

The transfer lifts with the film
