I love that they're local. My printout had some issues. Informed them and they reprinted it a second time and it has no issues. There is a concern, their printers are local but their designers that handle the set up are not. So if you need to communicate with design questions that makes it a bit hard to do when they're a half a day ahead of us. I emailed them questions but never heard back from them but luckily things worked out. Id order from them again and knowing this now, i can prepare myself better.
