I’ve placed my last 3–4 DTF orders with this company and was always happy with the quality, but my most recent order was a major disappointment—the colors were faded and nowhere near as vibrant as before. I reached out to customer service about the noticeable decline in quality and asked about paying extra for better resolution, but never received a response, which makes the experience even more disappointing.
DTFGO is a stand up Company. I recently ordered a gang sheet with 2 different logos. One of the logos had a clear spot where the ink didn’t print from some reason, possibly because of clearing the background. Regardless, DTFGO, looked over my order and saw the flaw and reprinted the affected logo and set it out to me right away. The communication was quick and the resolution was the best choice. I will be ordering from DTFGO again soon! I recommend triple checking the proofs and making sure the print is exactly how you want it.
Their Gang Sheet Builder is very easy to use.
