What Is UV DTF?

UV DTF is a printing process that uses UV-cured ink on a special two-layer film. The result is a peel-and-stick transfer that bonds permanently to hard surfaces — no heat press, no chemicals, no kiln. You peel the top layer, press the design onto the surface (mug, tumbler, glass jar, phone case, acrylic sign, metal water bottle), and burnish.

Unlike sublimation, UV DTF works on any hard substrate, not just polyester-coated blanks. Unlike vinyl, the print is full-color and photo-realistic with smooth gradients and fine detail.

How to Apply UV DTF

Is UV DTF dishwasher safe?

What's the smallest detail UV DTF can hold?

What surfaces don't work?
