DTF Transfer Application & Care Instructions

At DTFGO, we are committed to ensuring that you achieve the highest quality results from our DTF transfers. Please review and follow the detailed guidelines below for optimal application, compatibility, and long-lasting performance.

Usage & Material Compatibility

DTF transfers are suitable for a broad range of materials, including:

• Cotton
• Polyester
• Cotton/polyester blends
• Denim
• Canvas and certain non-textile surfaces

They are ideal for customizing a variety of products, such as:

• T-shirts
• Hoodies
• Tote bags
• Hats
• Aprons and other similar items
  

Design File Preparation

For the best printing results, please prepare your design files as follows:

• Submit files in PNG or TIFF format with a transparent background.
• Recommended resolution: 300 DPI for maximum detail and clarity.
• Avoid extremely intricate or fine details, as these may not transfer accurately.
• Verify color profiles and contrast settings to ensure accurate reproduction.
  

Application Instructions

For consistent and professional results, use the following heat press settings:

• Temperature: 310–320°F (155–160°C)
• Press Time: 15 seconds
• Pressure: Medium to firm
• Peel Method: Allow the transfer to cool for a few seconds before peeling the film.
  

Washing & Care Guidelines

To extend the life and appearance of your finished product:

• Wash garments inside out to protect the transferred design.
• Use cold water for all wash cycles.
• Avoid bleach and dry cleaning.
• Do not iron directly on the design; if ironing is required, turn the garment inside out.
• For best results, tumble dry on a low setting or hang dry.

• Delivery times vary by location, usually 1–6 business days after shipment.

Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At DTFGO, every order is custom-made according to the design files provided by the customer. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final, except in cases of confirmed production defects or shipping damage.

File Responsibility

• Artwork is printed exactly as submitted, without modification, adjustment, or correction.
• Customers must ensure files are accurate, properly sized, and print-ready before submitting.
• If unsure about file readiness, contact our team before placing your order.
  

Returns and Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges are not accepted except for verified production defects or shipping damage.
• All DTF transfers and other custom products cannot be restocked or resold.

Order Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled before the start of the next business day after purchase.
• Cancellation requests must be emailed to support@dtfgo.com with the order number.
• Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

• Contact support@dtfgo.com within 2 business days of delivery if your order is damaged or defective.
• Provide the order number and clear photos of the issue.
• Upon verification, a replacement or refund will be issued.

Refunds (Approved Cases Only)

• Refunds are issued only for confirmed production errors or shipping damage.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
• Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
• If a refund is not received within 15 business days of approval, contact support@dtfgo.com

• We guarantee accurate printing based on the design files provided.
• All transfers are produced using professional-grade materials and equipment.
• High-quality prints with proper curing and color fidelity are ensured.
• Orders are completed on time and packaged with care.
• Warranty does not cover damage from improper application, such as incorrect heat press settings or unsuitable surfaces.
• Issues arising from low-resolution files, incorrect sizing, or poor contrast are not covered.
• Normal wear and tear, misuse, or third-party alterations void the warranty.
