Distance from our press: 5–40 minutes off-peak, I-5, the SR-57, the SR-22, the SR-55, and the SR-91 all reach us. Treat that as an estimate rather than a promise — Southern California traffic does what it likes between 3pm and 7pm.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm. We are closed weekends, so a Friday 12:00pm (noon) order is the last call for a Saturday event.

Direct-to-film printing prints your design onto a clear film carrier, coats it with adhesive powder, and cures it. You press it onto a garment, peel the film, and the ink is bonded into the fabric. Because there are no screens and no cutting, the complexity of the artwork has no bearing on production time or cost.
Everything is therefore priced by film area. A gang sheet is a single large sheet with your designs arranged across it, and you pay for the space they occupy rather than for how many there are or how many colours each uses. That is what makes a run of twelve shirts viable when screen printing would need a minimum of fifty to make sense.
Two constants regardless of where you are ordering from: you need a heat press to apply the transfers properly, and you should buy one small test sheet before any significant run so you can judge colour and feel on your own garments rather than on a monitor.
A large share of our Orange County volume is business-to-business: apparel decorators buying wholesale film area, uniform suppliers, schools and districts ordering by purchase order, and resellers who private-label our output.
