Wholesale DTF Transfers for Print Shops and Resellers
If you sell decorated apparel and you do not want to own a DTF printer, this is the supply side of that decision. We print, you press and sell.
Wholesale buyers here are mostly print shops filling gaps in what their own equipment covers, embroiderers who get asked for prints, and apparel brands who would rather spend capital on inventory than on a printer and its maintenance. Set up resale documentation through the tax exemption page before your first order.
We print in-house rather than brokering, which is the part that matters when you are reselling. The film, the powder, the cure, and the press profile are the same every time, so the sample you approved is the thing your customer receives.

Why Shops Outsource DTF Rather Than Buy a Printer
A DTF printer is not a one-time purchase, it is an ongoing maintenance commitment. White ink settles and needs circulation, printheads need regular attention, and an idle machine is harder on itself than a busy one. A shop with uneven DTF demand carries that cost whether or not it is printing.
Outsourcing converts that fixed cost into a per-order cost. Whether that is the right trade depends entirely on your volume and how steady it is. A shop running DTF every day will do better owning the machine, and we will say so.
Resale, Tax Exemption, and Documentation
California resale certificates are handled through the tax exemption page. Get that on file before your first order rather than trying to correct it afterwards, because reversing tax on a completed order is more work for both of us.
Orders arrive as plain cured film. There is no DTFGO branding on the transfer or on anything your customer sees, so white-labelling is the default rather than an upgrade you have to ask for.
Consistency Across Repeat Orders
Repeat orders matter more to resellers than to one-off buyers. A reorder that does not match the first batch is a returned order and a lost customer. Same shop, same film, same press profile is what keeps batch two looking like batch one.
Keep your own record of the press settings that worked, and press a test piece from each new batch before you run the full job. That is standard practice with any transfer supplier, ours included.
Same-day cutoff
Order by 12:00pm (noon) on a business day and it prints that day.
Press settings
280 to 300°F (138 to 149°C), medium pressure, about 6 KG.
Priced by area
Cost follows film area, not colour count. Unlimited colours cost the same as one.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a business account to buy wholesale?
No account tier is required, and there is no minimum order. If you are reselling and want tax removed from your orders, submit resale documentation through the tax exemption page first.
Is there any DTFGO branding on the transfers?
No. Transfers ship as plain cured film. Nothing your customer receives identifies the printer, so white-labelling is the default.
Can I have orders shipped directly to my customer?
Ask the shop when you place the order. Contact details are on the contact page and the phone number is (657) 439-0180.
Should I outsource or buy my own DTF printer?
It depends on how steady your volume is. Daily DTF work usually justifies owning the machine. Uneven or seasonal demand tends to favour outsourcing, because an idle printer still needs maintenance.
