Custom DTF Transfers Printed From Your Own Artwork
Send us your file and we print it on DTF film, powder it, cure it, and ship it ready to press. No screens, no setup charge, and no limit on how many colours your design uses.
Custom here means your artwork, not a template. Upload a PNG with a transparent background through the upload page, or lay several designs out yourself in the gang sheet builder and we print exactly what you arranged.
You own the rights to what you send. We print customer-supplied artwork and we do not print licensed or trademarked marks, so keep collegiate logos, sports marks, and brand assets out of the file unless you hold the licence.

What Makes a File Print Well
Start at 300 DPI at the size you intend to press, with a genuinely transparent background rather than a white box. Flatten your layers before export. Anything below roughly 150 DPI at final size will show softness in the print that was not visible on screen.
Thin strokes and small isolated elements are the usual failure point. A hairline that reads fine on a monitor can end up too narrow for the powder to hold cleanly. Thicken fine detail, and avoid text below about a quarter inch cap height unless you have pressed something similar before.
Colour Costs Nothing Extra
Because pricing follows film area rather than colour count, a photograph and a single-colour wordmark of the same dimensions cost the same. There is no per-colour charge and no colour separation step, which is the main structural difference from screen printing.
This changes what is worth designing. Gradients, drop shadows, photographic fills, and full-colour illustration all become viable on a run of ten. With screen printing each of those would add a screen and a setup charge, so the economics push you towards flat spot colour.
Turnaround on Custom Work
Custom orders follow the same clock as everything else. Placed before 12:00pm noon on a business day, they print that day. The shop runs roughly 90,000 transfers a day, so volume alone rarely moves the date.
We print in-house rather than brokering to another shop. That matters for custom work specifically, because when something in your file needs a judgement call you are talking to the people running the printer, not to a middleman relaying messages.
Same-day cutoff
Order by 12:00pm (noon) on a business day and it prints that day.
Press settings
280 to 300°F (138 to 149°C), medium pressure, about 6 KG.
Priced by area
Cost follows film area, not colour count. Unlimited colours cost the same as one.
Printed in Anaheim
In-house at 1911 E Ball Rd, Anaheim, CA. Not brokered out.
Frequently asked questions
What file format should I send?
PNG with a transparent background is the safest. PDF and TIFF also work. Send it at 300 DPI at the size you plan to press. Avoid JPG for anything with hard edges or text, because JPG compression leaves artefacts around high-contrast boundaries that show up in the print.
Can you remove the background from my image?
Send the file and note what you need on the order. A clean cut-out from a photo is not always possible depending on the subject and the original background, so it is worth asking before you plan a run around it.
Do you print licensed characters or team logos?
No. Customers supply artwork and confirm they hold the rights to it. We do not print collegiate marks, professional sports logos, or brand assets without a licence.
How many colours can my design have?
As many as you like. Pricing is by film area, so colour count does not affect the price. A full-colour photograph costs the same as a one-colour logo at identical dimensions.
