Bulk DTF Transfers for High-Volume Apparel Runs
Buying in bulk with DTF is not about unit discounts on a fixed product. It is about packing more designs into each square inch of film you pay for, which is what the gang sheet format exists to do.
Because we price by film area, the way to bring your cost per design down is to lay designs out tightly on a large sheet. A 22 by 60 inch gang sheet filled edge to edge is the cheapest way to buy DTF from us. A 22 by 60 inch sheet with four designs floating in the middle of it is not.
The gang sheet builder shows you the sheet as you fill it, so you can see the wasted film before you pay for it. Our layout guide covers the packing decisions that actually move the number.

Gang Sheets Are the Volume Format
We sell gang sheets at 22 by 30 inches and 22 by 60 inches. Both are the same film and the same press profile as a single transfer, just arranged differently. You cut the individual designs off the sheet as you press them.
The efficiency gain is entirely in the layout. Rotating a tall design ninety degrees, nesting two curved shapes into each other, and dropping the gap between designs all recover film you would otherwise buy and throw away. On a 22 by 60 sheet those decisions compound.
Capacity and Lead Time at Volume
The shop runs at roughly 90,000 transfers a day. For most bulk orders the constraint is not our capacity, it is the noon cutoff. An order in before 12:00pm on a business day prints that day regardless of size.
If you are planning something unusually large or timed to an event, call ahead rather than assuming. A short conversation about your date is worth more than an estimate from a website, and it costs nothing.
Stock Ahead or Print to Order
DTF removes most of the reason to hold finished-goods inventory. You can hold blank garments and a stack of cured film instead, then press to the actual order. Film stores flat at room temperature and does not expire on a shelf.
That is a real working-capital difference against buying pre-decorated stock. You are committing to artwork and film area rather than to specific garment sizes and colours, so a size mix that turns out wrong costs you blanks rather than finished shirts.
Same-day cutoff
Order by 12:00pm (noon) on a business day and it prints that day.
Press settings
280 to 300°F (138 to 149°C), medium pressure, about 6 KG.
Priced by area
Cost follows film area, not colour count. Unlimited colours cost the same as one.

In-house at 1911 E Ball Rd, Anaheim, CA. Not brokered out.
Frequently asked questions
What size gang sheets do you sell?
22 by 30 inches and 22 by 60 inches. Both use the same film and the same press settings as a single transfer. You cut individual designs off the sheet as you press them.
Is there a volume discount?
Pricing follows film area, so the saving comes from packing the sheet efficiently rather than from a quantity tier. A tightly packed 22 by 60 inch sheet is the lowest cost per design we offer.
Can I mix different designs on one sheet?
Yes, that is the point of a gang sheet. Different designs, different sizes, and different customers' jobs can all share one sheet, since colour count does not affect price.
Do bulk orders take longer?
Not usually. The noon cutoff applies the same way at volume. If your order is unusually large or tied to a fixed event date, call the shop on (657) 439-0180 and confirm before you place it.
Pack a sheet, drop your cost per design
Open the builder, drop your designs in, and watch the unused film shrink as you nest them. Orders in before noon on a business day print the same day.
