Everything prints in-house in Anaheim. Shipping is free on orders over $75, there is no minimum order, and local customers can collect in person.
Use the gang sheet builder when you have several designs and want the lowest cost per design. It arranges them on a 22 by 30 or 22 by 60 inch sheet and shows you the film you are paying for as you go.
Use upload gang sheets if you have already laid the sheet out in your own software and want it printed exactly as supplied. Use transfers by size when you want one design at one known size.
The cutoff is 12:00pm noon on a business day. Before it, your order prints that day. After it, the next business day. The shop is closed weekends, so Friday afternoon becomes Monday.
Shipping is free on orders over $75. For pickup, collect at 1911 E Ball Rd, Anaheim, CA 92805, Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 4:00pm. Note the pickup window closes an hour before the shop does.
Check that your artwork is 300 DPI at final size with a transparent background, and that you have chosen the size against the garment rather than in the abstract. Those two things account for most avoidable reprints.
If you are reselling, set up your resale certificate on the tax exemption page before ordering rather than afterwards. Correcting tax on a completed order is slower than doing it first.
