DTF Printing Done In-House, Not Brokered Out
Direct-to-film printing puts your artwork on a film carrier with an adhesive backing so you can press it onto fabric whenever you are ready. We run the printers ourselves at our Anaheim shop.
A lot of sites selling DTF printing are resellers passing your file to somebody else's printer. That is not a scandal, but it does mean nobody you can reach has hands on the machine. We print what we sell, which is why we can talk about the film's actual press window rather than a generic range.
The shop is at 1911 E Ball Rd, Anaheim, CA 92805, open Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. You can collect an order in person between 9:00am and 4:00pm, or take free shipping on orders over $75.

What In-House Printing Changes
When something in your file is ambiguous, an in-house shop can look at it and call you. A broker forwards a message and waits. On a deadline that difference is the whole job.
It also means the press specification you get from us is the specification for the film we actually run: 280 to 300°F, which is 138 to 149°C, at medium pressure of about 6 KG. Published ranges elsewhere go considerably higher, and following those on our film is a reliable way to scorch a garment.
The Same-Day Clock
Orders placed before 12:00pm noon on a business day print that day. Anything after noon moves to the next business day. The shop is closed weekends, so a Friday afternoon order prints Monday.
Capacity runs to roughly 90,000 transfers a day, which is why the cutoff rather than the queue is almost always what determines your date. If a fixed event date is involved, call rather than assume.
Ordering Options
Three routes cover most needs. Use the gang sheet builder to arrange many designs on one sheet, upload a sheet you have already laid out yourself, or buy single transfers by size.
For hard surfaces such as glass, ceramic, and coated metal, DTF is the wrong product and UV DTF is the right one. It applies by hand with no heat press at all.
Same-day cutoff
Order by 12:00pm (noon) on a business day and it prints that day.
Press settings
280 to 300°F (138 to 149°C), medium pressure, about 6 KG.
Priced by area
Cost follows film area, not colour count. Unlimited colours cost the same as one.

Frequently asked questions
Do you actually print, or do you outsource?
We print in-house at the Anaheim shop. Nothing is brokered to a third-party printer, which is why the press specification we publish is for the film we actually run.
